At Dawsons Animal housing I have been making hutches for many years now, I am a small business with a big reputation for quality. Based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire  I make all different sizes of breeder blocks and outdoor hutches from quality materials. I believe in giving my customers the best. I offer a bespoke service so there is no problem having hutches built to your requirements. I can offer you guidance on the correct size of hutches for your particular breed if you are unsure. In fact if I can help you in any way at all, I will, just ask. I offer a delivery service around the country too as I like to see that my customers are happy with their purchases. I also believe it to be a personal touch. I specialise in tongue and groove boarding for my hutches, which comes from the great redwood tree. Redwood is a good strong pine and harder than many other types of pine. I use other quality timbers for the framing of doors and the added litter boards. The floors to the hutches are made from 12mm exterior hardwood, usually beechwood. These are then treated with a bitumen coating for extra protection and easier cleaning. It also makes them look great. I Use quality mesh for the doors, 1/2"x1/2" prime double dipped 19 gauge wire, basically what this means is that it is extremely strong and fox proof.
